We collect information you provide directly during the onboarding flow and through ongoing use of the agent:
- X (Twitter) handle, used to fetch your public profile and post history to understand your niche and voice.
- Company context, details you share about your role, company, and content goals.
- Content preferences, niche, pillars, tone, seed accounts, posting cadence, and timezone.
- Slack user ID, used to deliver briefs and drafts to your DMs and to identify you across sessions.
- Engagement signals, which drafts you approve, skip, or edit, used to improve future suggestions.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate personalised daily briefs and content drafts tailored to your voice and niche.
- Track trending topics relevant to your niche and surface them at the right time.
- Learn from your feedback to improve draft quality over time.
- Communicate with you through Slack DMs (briefs, drafts, alerts).
We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models, sell advertising, or share information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers, trusted third-party vendors (e.g. AI inference providers, cloud infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

- Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

- Slack, your use of Slack is governed by Slack's Privacy Policy.
- X (Twitter), public profile and post data is accessed via the X API, governed by X's Privacy Policy.
